The pens and typewriters of 20 years ago have been upgraded to digital cameras, whole office networking with the use of Novell and the ability to transmit reports electronically (EDI).

It is our goal to complete every appraisal assignment both quickly and accurately. We attempt to establish an accurate market value for every property that we appraise. Also, our ability to send reports via e-mail has enabled our clients to save valuable time and money. Typical turn around time for appraisals is 3-5 working days. 25+ years of Honesty & IntegrityHonesty and integrity are an integral part of the appraisal process. We believe that either exaggerating or understating value estimates is a disservice to the client, community, and all people that are directly affected by the appraisal.
